Bahir Dar University Showcases EDU ABCM Project At EAI ICAST2025 International Conference

The Main Contact Person (MCP) of the EDU ABCM Project at Bahir Dar University presented the project’s objectives, progress, and key outcomes at the EAI International Conference on Advanced Science and Technology (ICAST 2025), held from November 7–9, 2025.

During the conference, the MCP highlighted that the EDU ABCM Project aims to enhance academic capacity building and collaborative innovation in higher education through modern pedagogical approaches and digital tools. The presentation covered the project’s goals, implementation strategies, and major tasks accomplished so far, including curriculum development, staff training, and the establishment of technology-supported learning environments.

The participation of the project team of Bahir Dar University in ICAST2025 provided an excellent platform to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and strengthen international academic partnerships. The session was well-received by participants, who expressed interest in the project’s innovative approaches to improving educational quality and institutional collaboration.
