Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) Cluster Meeting, held on Thursday, 22 May, 2025 at the European Union Delegation to Ethiopia in Addis Ababa. This Cluster Meeting brought together representatives from various CBHE projects implemented in Ethiopia, with Addis Ababa Science and Technology University participated through the EDU-ABCM EU project.

The objective of the CBHE Cluster Meeting was to provide project representatives with the opportunity to share common practices and experiences related to implementation, impact and sustainability of project outcomes. Additionally, the meeting aimed to encourage collaboration among project representatives, strengthening networking opportunities to enhance synergies and maximize the overall impact of CBHE initiatives in Ethiopia.

At the start of the event, participants introduced themselves and their respective projects. During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to ask/ reflect on common challenges in CBHE project implementation, sharing of effective solutions and good practices and exploring synergies and collaboration opportunities across projects.

It is known that Addis Ababa Science and Technology University recently became a partner in the EDU-ABCM EU project and this involvement is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening the university’s international partnerships and improving the quality of higher education through cross-border cooperation.
