An interactive workshop focused on ensuring the long-term sustainability of energy education initiatives in Cameroon, Ethiopia, Mauritius, and Mozambique was held on January 27, 2025. The goal of the workshop was to explore how to create student-centered energy education frameworks that can thrive beyond the project’s duration. The awareness-raising session discussed strategies for strengthening and sustaining student-centered energy education programs in schools and communities, particularly at Bahir Dar University (BEN 06).

Participants highlighted the significance of the project’s outcomes in supporting the institution’s efforts to launch the "Master Class: Foundations for Excellence in Teaching Online" program as a benchmark. They also emphasized the need for post-project and sustainability plans to be presented to management to support decisions regarding potential scaling-up.
